Pros
Experience in a multi-national employer. Possibilities to work in other countries and gain experience in a multi-cultural environment. Knowledge base is huge and if you look into the organization, you can find a lot...you just need to persistently search. The communication is very good and the people on the field are very open and honest in their feedback and support.
Cons
Opportunities to be promoted. Not a meritocratic organization....political advancements have been done leaving some very good people aside and despondent. They need to focus much more on performance as opposed to what looks good. People need to be held more accountable and the performance management process needs improvement.
