Brand recognition, an in with industry leaders, easy to connect with others from industry

No middle management opportunities, put in your 20 years, make the right friends and then you finally get your opportunity; very "old boys club" and as a company and leadership not open to trying new things. The German influence is great with lots of red tape to get things done - projects and development move very slowly putting the business behind competitors in the industry, pay is much lower than the rest of the industry and morale is low.
