Pros
Great people on the execution teams overall. Very smart and dedicated staff that do their very best every single day.
Cons
I do not believe that top level Siemens Management has any idea what goes on in the business units. It is the only explanation for them to allow what they do. I can't speak to top level management as they were basically invisible below the business unit level. However, at the business unit level, the management team is completely incompetent and are not "leaders" by any means of the word. They demotivate the employees and protect each other by any means necessary.
