Pros
"Unlimited" Flex Time - never really saw any time used unless working a full day from a hotel room is considered PTO. No Micro Management, not really any management of any kind even when escalation is needed.
Cons
1. in my experience salary was low comparable to other companies for same position 2.work load was tremendous. normal for most to work 60+ hr weeks to keep up which lowers your pay even lower 3. high turnover and off shoring skilled labor led to delays low quality designs and little resources to spread around, and you are held responsible for results. you are primary point of contact for customers who have been unhappy for awhile. 6am to 8 pm phone availability and weekend is not abnormal
