- A fantastic atmosphere and team spirit. The commitment of the team to the work is really inspiring. Highly motivating and funny place to work. - The great opportunity to learn that AI consultancy is mostly about solving real world tasks, not transforming tables into tables. - Challenging tasks - in at least three projects we needed to come up with either completely new ML / DL techniques or adapt existing ones in a highly non trivial manner. - Good place to learn ML - loads of discussions on projects, fast knowledge transfer, experienced engineers. - Board listening to the team members - there were some issues with one of the former board members - but after an in-depth discussion, he was dropped from the company. This was mainly because of the feedback from the team. Another thing is that the most experienced engineers are invited to making almost all crucial decisions in the company - what helped in flattening structure.

- Lack of the experience of the board members - there were some issues connected to the lack of experience of the board members in the team management what produced tensions between board and the engineering team.
