Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that you had such a negative experience working at Signature Analytics. We work really hard to create a culture where people are happy coming to work every day and do amazing things for our clients. I think we have done a great job, however there is always room for improvement. Being one of San Diego Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in 2017 was a huge honor and milestone for us because it was determined by anonymous reviews and scores from current employees. Also, we have been one of San Diego's fastest growing private companies for two years in a row and made the Inc. 5000 list two years in a row. Both are determined by a third parties’ analysis of our financials.
