Pros
Location, Corp office is nice, the doctors are good, it is a good place to quickly learn and move on
Cons
There are so many management issues. Starting with the fact that there is no CEO. Other top C titles are retiring and there is no direction. There is little to no connection between Signature and the practices. Because of lack of management, direction and communication, employees do not know their responsibility and double up work. I’m amazed at how unsecured some files were. Many people like to tell you how to do your job, but they are not doing their job. Signature is trying to compete with local hospitals while lacking vision or direction. They put the people with very little experience in charge of important areas. Seems like they are all just “winging it”. A LOT of nepotism. (It was getting better, but it was still there). They were not very honest and treat employees as an expense, even when you make the company money. -this is just the medical side, there is a non-profit and a care management program that are ran the same. The care management side seemed like a close group, but then they fired all the top directors and they lost their direction.
