Cons
They absolutely LOVE to discriminate against you if you have a medical diagnosis. They will hire you to do a job but then never train you appropriately to do the job you were hired for so they then will have do other odd jobs. They had 1 new person hired for a position & had this person clean dinner plates for the Christmas Party and when done with that, they had this same person going through an agents file folders to trash documents.
The higher ups love asking what your political affiliation and religious beliefs are and when you respond they keep asking. They then retailiate against you for whatever answer you give them.
They fire you when you confront them for their discrimination practices and then blackball you so you won't be able to work in your career field anymore.
If you love severely toxic, narcissistic work opportunities then this company is for you. Just check out the Seminole County Court House records for their discrimination lawsuits from the past.
