SilMan Industries Response
6yIt is clear from the above list that you did not feel that your contribution was valued at SilMan. I am sorry that we do not have the opportunity to resolve our misunderstandings. However, your feedback is appreciated and we take every bit of it seriously.
SilMan is continuously improving our onboarding process and intra-company communications so that all team members understand our commitment to their well-being. These efforts include monthly all-team, real-time meetings, training opportunities and ongoing feedback in place of “annual” reviews (i.e.; continuous improvement).
The loyalty we enjoy from team members across the country reflects the success of these two-way relationships between the company and individuals.
In regard to women and gender equality: your observations do not correspond with the realities in the company. We take great pride in the diversity that we have within high-responsibility areas, including engineering and project management.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experiences. We wish you well in your new opportunities.
