      Silfab is just like any other solar company you've never heard of before. That's because they all fail. This company will fire you with no warning and 0 reasoning. They are currently pretending that the company is not on the verge of bankruptcy when every other fact points to that. Everyone on the floor knows it. HR forces us to write reviews on Glassdoor to make the ratings look better. Management changes their decisions on direction every other day. Big wigs are just covering their own ***** while sacrificing us everyday people as pawns.

      -Solid health plans (the company pays for most of the premiums for you and your family + contributes to HSA) -401(k) with match -Lots of PTO (sick, vacation, holiday, bereavement, jury duty, community service, etc.) -Opportunity for OT if you want it -The people are nice -Career advancement opportunities -Pay is good -Contributing to carbon emission reduction -The pitman schedule is nice

      Thieves. My binder with new hire paperwork was stolen off the table on day 3. I was the only one of my kind in orientation.
