      Literally none. Don’t make the mistake of joining this company. Or at least be ready to ghost this company.

      Cons

      Disrespectful leadership all the way to the top. They don’t care about their employees. They just want to use them. Values are non-existent. Pure optics but hollow within. Very disorganized. Extreme Micromanagement. Bad planning and decision-making.

      Silfab is just like any other solar company you've never heard of before. That's because they all fail. This company will fire you with no warning and 0 reasoning. They are currently pretending that the company is not on the verge of bankruptcy when every other fact points to that. Everyone on the floor knows it. HR forces us to write reviews on Glassdoor to make the ratings look better. Management changes their decisions on direction every other day. Big wigs are just covering their own ***** while sacrificing us everyday people as pawns.

      Great people to work with below a few selected upper management.

      terrible communication is practiced there. I found out my last 4 paychecks were substantially short and the company refused to pay me back.
