Worst Company I have Ever Seen - Anonymous employee Siliocn Interfaces Employee Review

1. The company puts its employees in a better position of learning. 2. The management gives employees great learning opportunities. There is a lot of scope to improve and take initiative. 3. It is easy to talk to upper management about the job and personal problems to find solutions.

Strict rules but fair rules.

Does this exist even in this company? Definitely NO.

No projects, harassment in the name of training, unnecessary pressure without having any work, no proper pay "always delayed salary", management fools around and plays around your physical(asks to sit back more than 12 - 14 hr daily) full working day on Saturdays too and emotional(no holidays are allowed when necessary) values. When asked for salary management back-stabs you through manager(by giving not useful tasks with > 14hr workload), there were no people in VLSI except senior project manager along with 1 or 2 member, so learning will be very less in-fact you will not be able to learn in this environment. Try to avoid joining at any cost and don't provide your degree certificate.
