- Extremely poor management on all levels - Discourage hobbies and volunteer work outside of Silkfred. Explicitly says in contracts that you can't do volunteer work at the weekends -- trying to control all aspects of our lives even outside of work - If you're not in the clique then forget it, you'll never grow or develop despite how much work you put in - and it's VERY obvious who is and who is not in this 'elite' group - No chance for internal staff to progress to higher positions, never given a chance or even have a conversation about it
