One of the worst bullying cultures I’ve experienced at a company before. CEOs who who seem to thrive off bullying and degrading staff members, and encourage certain team leaders to do so. Lack of diversity and inclusion within the company, and on the companies website (generic models). Minimal holiday, and flexibility. A male CEO who could be very inappropriate towards the women in the company. Zero HR leading to a lack of mental health awareness, and staff felling as though they had no where to turn to when issues arose. This company can single handedly seriously affect your mental health. Their disregard for staff is shocking. There is also no room for growth, and a large staff turnover due to the above. Work life balance is very poor, you are expected to go above and beyond, and in their own words ‘live and breath Silkfred’ even when treated so poorly.

Really sad that company's operate in such a negative atmosphere where only the shallow survive. Studio team (especially the manager) did not create a welcoming environment, environment was toxic, no regards for anyones mental wellbeing and not a good place for anyones confidence. Expect to be knocked down and unappreciated. Awful management -
