Pros
Caring people, especially at entry level and middle management.
The pay is pretty competitive, especially for the environment.
Cons
A lot of the upper management is completely out of touch with their entry and intermediate level staff and doesn't seem to really want to listen to them, to the companies detriment. Then it's those same people that suffer for it. The companies that manage SimpleTire care even less about their employees, as seen through several waves of lay offs of veteran staff.
They promote that they like to advance people in the company, but anything over Supervisor level is more often than not filled by external applications and would have been better filled by more knowledgeable internal staff.
They will treat you well in small ways while they treat you badly in the ways that matter individually.
