Pros

- Good place for a person who can easily do fake Compliment of Manager and their close person - Get a good position if expert in licking the boots

Cons

- Micro Management - Involvement of CEO in every level assigning a task - Sales team doing a demo with well aware about a product and delivering a poor quality of the demo - Delivery poor quality of the project is expecting best but not giving a proper time for development and testing - Treating resources like a salve and suffering one team to another place and there is no such teamwork. - Person who works a lot assigning more tasks to the same resource and pulling to different activity like sales demo client call - Workload is more not good for an experienced person -

Pros

Good work, great clients and products offered for their clients for automating tasks

Cons

Work culture bad. Work hours are high from 9:30-7, with limited 90 min break overall. Bad infrastructure (very less space), very high amount of micro-management (something which creates bad impression), very less amount of leaves(12+6).
