Pros
This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Great team, loyal management, fair internal policies, clear and understandable goals. Also, the company has clearly defined internal values that are encouraged to follow. Your work will always be noticed and appreciated, and teammates will always find an opportunity to help you solve your issue, even if they work in another department. It's a great team with whom you want to go towards a common goal.
Cons
From my personal standpoint, I cannot name any crucial shortcomings, as the company is constantly and consciously working to improve working conditions and the interaction between departments.
