Remote work options, work flexibility (able to go to a dr appt easily, for example), excellent tuition reimbursement, unlimited PTO, strong support of women in leadership, diversity and inclusion.
Cons
Rounds of layoffs, having to do more with less, little to no no backfilling, people seem overworked and frustrated.
