Somehow, against all odds, there are still some talented and kind people who work here.

The company seems to be going through a period of significant uncertainty and change, especially in North America. Filtering the reviews just to this region clearly paints a different picture than the volume of other reviews. There has been frequent turnover in leadership roles such as head of sales, marketing, legal, strategy, and others, with many leaders having held their positions for less than a year. In conjunction with ongoing shifts in product direction, strategy, and personnel, there is a lack of consistency and focus. Sales and presales face multiple hurdles, including difficulties with demo environments, a challenging user interface that lags industry standards, bottlenecks in pricing, and challenges in gathering references. Deal scrutiny appears to be quite rigorous, often without guidance or additional support. These issues, combined with the high turnover and frequent shifts, are creating considerable turbulence. Despite all of this, blame is consistently pointed at sales and presales, often in an unprofessional manner and in very public forums. All of this is made that much harder to watch looking at the sales numbers and performance, hearing stories of how the comp plan is leveraged by leadership to pay as little as possible, and feeling that there is no possible way to be successful here.
