      Cons

      People tend to operate in cliques. The pay is terrible and they demand 24/7 availability for a part-time role.

      Team culture is very good. People are welcoming and love to collaborate and help each other. The tech stack is relatively new depending on groups. Work life balance is good.

      The salary is a bit lower than tech company but given the good parts really cannot complain.
