The compensation is fair, the work environment is excellent, it’s easy to request and get PTO approved, and above all, there is room for professional growth if you are truly interested in pursuing a career in IT.

There is no 401k match and the PTO does not carry over from one year to the next, nor is it paid out. In other words, you either use it during the year (in which case those hours are obviously paid) or you simply lose it.
