The pay. Down time. Nothing else.
Cons
No benefits. Favoritism is at its highest here. They hire snakes on the job. I was Samual L. Jackson having to be around these snakes. If something happens on site with the client you are at fault automatically. Even if the client disrespects you. There isn’t no accommodation for the employee it all about making the client happy. I’m pretty sure management is racist. “Coworkers” are snakes they love riding the mangers to potentially get a raise.
