The bar is very high, if you are a high performer you will enjoy. The reward is good if you do well. Company is invested in AI its a good opportunity for engineers to upgrade themselves as Agent Deployment Engineers over conventional software engineers. Join here if you love to solve real time problems for customers. The Pay is good and nature of work is very challenging and enjoyable. No boring, repeating and redundant work, everything is goal based.
Cons
Medical benefits are not great, very basic health plan and parents are not covered by default. The Sum insured is very less. Company does not offer many things that can help us avail tax benifits that generally big companies offer like Corporate NPS, Car lease, Gift cards etc.
