Pros

The product has a unique USP within its target industries. Very compelling value from initial investment through to retention. Clever results-focused people & management, balanced by the right dash of the human element. (culture is valued from top-down- this shows) Great remuneration for the right people. This company is going places-excellent time to join the business. High levels of autonomy buoyed by the mature setup of Customer Success processes within Gainsight. Lots of opportunities to add value and develop. Territory workload allocation is appropriate. Appropriate ramp-up period- you are not thrown into the deep end. People are there and ready to help when they can.

Cons

Due to the rapid rate of success and growth, at times some of the inter-departmental processes are a little disjointed, particularly if you are not based in the region. You need to have a curious mind which I do, as this mindset enables me to find information regardless. Side note we have an open headcount and processes are continually revamped to accommodate the rapid rate of our success. So it’s all good!

If you don't know something there's a very tiny window to learn it, but that's everywhere.

Pros

- Supportive culture, giving you the tools to set yourself up for success - Managers are engaged with what they can do to help you - Remote and/or hybrid options for work - Benefits start day 1 - Clear paths to career advancement opportunities

Cons

- There is work, a lot of it, and it can be easy to be overwhelmed if you don't speak up. - Some departments seem to be understaffed while others are top heavy - Burnout seems to be a real problem inside some areas of the company
