      Pros

      I could be very creative in my job, got a lot of empowerment from management. Self initiative was heavily encouraged, I learnt a lot from peers and management.

      Cons

      Business was rather unstable which resulted in uncertainty.

      Pros

      Amazing group of people who genuinely cared about one another and were passionate about the work they were doing. Very forward thinking. So far the best job of my career

      None that I can think of. Very positive work environment and great management.
