Pros

Interesting clients in biotech. Lots of different work. Everyone is very nice when they have time to talk to you.

Cons

Understaffed and overworked. Relying on a couple more senior people who seemed very stretched. Compensation is extremely below average. Didn't even think about staying. Benefits are really bad too. Not clear what your work is actually contributing too at times. Workspace is dated and often quite solitary.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with us. We're sorry that it wasn't an overall positive one. We continually work on creating a culture that respects work and personal life, we industry-benchmark total compensation and benefits to remain competitive and have regular meetings to clarify roles and expectations. Your feedback has given us cause to reflect and reassess and for that we are appreciative.

Pros

Interesting work, some talented young individuals to work with.

Cons

Extremely demoralising conduct from management in dealing with young professionals. Clique like behaviour when working with teams. Management needs to do a better job at grooming their consultants to work in teams and become more self aware about their conduct.

Pros

Good clients and exposure to a variety of medcomms / strategy outputs. Good co-workers (for the most part) Fully remote

Cons

Lack of transparency since the acquisition. Management and senior leaders are very inexperienced and lack true leadership skills. There has been a mass exodus this year (~15 people left within a span of months) and no effort has been made to provide promotions and raises to those left. This has led to burnout of those left having to pick up extra work and do a manager's job without the extra pay or title. Promotion goal posts have drastically changed with the note that "it has always been this way" when it clearly hasn't. They are trying to sell the company this year which is probably why they are not doing anything about all the departures and changes in culture.
