Lack of transparency since the acquisition. Management and senior leaders are very inexperienced and lack true leadership skills. There has been a mass exodus this year (~15 people left within a span of months) and no effort has been made to provide promotions and raises to those left. This has led to burnout of those left having to pick up extra work and do a manager's job without the extra pay or title.
Promotion goal posts have drastically changed with the note that "it has always been this way" when it clearly hasn't.
They are trying to sell the company this year which is probably why they are not doing anything about all the departures and changes in culture.
