Pros
Exciting company and honorable product which makes a difference to people's lives. Access to senior sales leaders for personal development and growth within the company. Everyone's opinion matters. Great commission structure and very competitive basic salary. Great perks and working arrangement flexibility. I can see myself being with Skedulo for years to come.
Cons
Sounds cheesy but have yet to encounter anything standout negative. Note it's a competitive environment. If you don't hit your SKOs or sales quotas don't expect a free ride. It's a streamlined start up company whereby culture is valued equally alongside performance.
