      Pros

      I worked as an SDR at Skeepers in Milan and had an amazing experience. The work environment was great, and my colleagues were always supportive and helpful. I received excellent training and felt trusted to do my job well. The sales team had close connections with other markets, making it a truly international environment. The management genuinely cared about us. It was a fantastic experience.

      Cons

      As a growing company, it's important to acknowledge that challenges can arise within the role. However, these challenges offer valuable learning opportunities that make working at Skeepers a great experience.

      Management is terrible, the head of the US talks trash about everyone in team meetings. Toxic.
