7y“Thank You for the feedback. We are a more than 7 year old company and have quite a few clients and hundreds of valued people associated with us.
Till date, there has not been a single instance of salaries not being paid on time. Paying our people and Paying out suppliers on time are 2 critical processes of Skillmine which has always been adhered too.
For the matter related to someone deployed on client site, many times the project work gets executed from the customer site due to confidentiality and connectivity needs and there is nothing wrong with that.
We encourage all our teams to deliver as per customer requirements. However, we will also assess and take a look as what more can be done to improve the experience. Thank You
