-As its a new company, promotion is being carried out by providing company logo T-shirts, bags and bottles. - Few functions may be good as I recently saw they had a chance to visit Foreign country. -Yearly coupon/cookies during Diwali

Many. I may miss out most as this page is limited. I worked at a client location in hyderabad. This would be the worst project in an individuals career in ones life time. The only skill you gain by joining this project would be PATIENCE. In parallel you would loose many awesome qualities like SELF RESPECT, DIGNITY and so on. No Job guarantee even if you are a top performer. They are ready to fire you without a notice. Employer doesn't even care if the client treats you like Slave(worst than a slave). Might be this project pays well to the employer. Hence they are least bothered of whatever said in the above statement and act like they didn't see or notice it. Note: BEWARE IF U GET SELECTED FOR HYDERABAD PROJECT. THINK 10000 times

You will be worked in client companies and your designation is only consultant.

Actually it is a consulting company and you will be posted in their client companies. I was picked for a their client company and I only realised that I was chosen for a wrong technology that I had interviewed for, so I decided to resign from Skillmine as I couldn’t survive the client company for technology mismatch. I continued working there for one month to complete my notice period and I got my experience and relieving letter. I was told that the final settlement will be done on the salary date but I didn’t get my last month’s salary . Now they are telling that you haven’t completed the notice period so you won’t get last month’s salary. They accepted my resignation letter and I worked there till my last working day instructed by the company. Also I noticed that they were deducting 6000 rupees from my salary for no reason.

“Thank You for the feedback. We are a more than 7 year old company and have quite a few clients and hundreds of valued people associated with us. Till date, there has not been a single instance of salaries not being paid on time. Paying our people and Paying out suppliers on time are 2 critical processes of Skillmine which has always been adhered too. For the matter related to someone deployed on client site, many times the project work gets executed from the customer site due to confidentiality and connectivity needs and there is nothing wrong with that. We encourage all our teams to deliver as per customer requirements. However, we will also assess and take a look as what more can be done to improve the experience. Thank You

Good for employees working on Client Location.

Cons

If people want to make there career bad please join this organization as they have a policy of hire and fire. Micromanagement. Increment are only for Family persons not for the employees who are generating revenue for the organization.
