READ BEFORE APPLYING: Employees are frequently laid off without warning or proper notice. Even top performers are let go. No one is safe. When layoffs occur, earned commissions and bonuses are often withheld, and the company ignores repeated attempts from employees to resolve these issues. This has been an ongoing problem for years. There have been four rounds of layoffs in just two years, including several this and last month. The company appears to be in constant financial trouble, and layoffs often seem timed to temporarily boost the stock price so executives can benefit. Severance is minimal — typically two weeks of pay per year of service, regardless of tenure or performance. HR is unresponsive, and leadership shows little regard or respect for the employees affected. 4 layoffs in 4 years.
