      Cons

      Working at Skin and Me has been challenging. There’s a lack of training and support, making it hard to achieve targets. The work-life balance is poor, and expectations are high with minimal training. The workplace culture is uninspiring, with a focus on gossip rather than productivity.

      Pros

      It’s a start up so you can get involved in different projects, no day/week is the same so it doesn’t ever get boring Great company culture with fully stocked fridge and Friday drinks and team events You work with inspiring, smart and talented colleagues and every team‘s work ethic is outstanding

      It’s a start up so it’s fast paced but that’s not a bad thing

      - Working with great people in every team - There are lots of exciting projects that you get to work on - Progression opportunities if you work hard and demonstrate what you can do - Everyone is very committed to doing a great job

      Cons

      - It's busy and hectic at times with lots of projects going on, but if you enjoy fast paced environments this is a great place to be
