      Genuinely great people who care and do what it right, whilst protecting our heritage On an exciting transformation journey which Im excited to be part of. ExCo and other Senior leaders want to be part of the change

      Pros

      Recognition and Rewards, Small Teams, Management value you, You get to visit the head office (usually a bonus and a pay rise each year too!!!)

      Cons

      I dont think their is any, great place to work!Lots of oppurtunites to progress.
