Pros

C-Suite management have reinvigorated the business. There is much more purpose and energy and innovation than we’ve ever had before. There is a better focus on the Group and the subsidiaries and how they support our strategy. Yes, the business is very different to how we used to be but it’s better in my view. Stuart et al have brought us into the 21st century with a purpose and given us a fighting chance to thrive in a market of big players with big tech and deep pockets.

Cons

Pay could be a bit better to compete with the big city firms (I.e Leeds and Manchester).
