- Communication with the client isn't reliable.
- Top-down leadership, but senior leadership isn't willing to accept when they are wrong, and instead silences and gets rid of individuals that respectfully raise concerns and offer solutions.
- Remote work is not an option, even if you're not an employee required to be on site.
