Pros
I love working at SkyGrid. It's a very fast moving organization, with it's own growing pains as a fairly new company, but that allows us to set the foundation for how we envision the company operating long into the future. The team is spread out throughout the world, enabling diversity of thought. Management is very respectful of employees, and employees are held accountable when needed. Compensation is great and there is usually an opportunity for remote work.
Cons
Because we're a new company, sometimes there is the sense that the right hand is not talking to the left hand. While that can be a con, it's also an opportunity to establish procedures, which employees are empowered to do. Benefits and onboarding could be improved.
