9yWe appreciate your radical candor. First I apologize for the experience you had. As for a specific response for the support department feedback, I can say that the support leadership is currently being reworked. We had a new support manager start on 6/15 and we are very confident they will be evolving the support department for the better. We are also looking at evaluating our training and the new manager will be going through that first hand. As for some of these specific concerns I will be sure to look into this further. thank you.
