It is Good to get experience to realise that you want to work for a company with values and respect.
Cons
Oppressive culture driven by managers and managing directors. Lack of trust and a blame culture. They act as if they think all staff other than management are stupid and act as if staff are trying to screw the management over. They are trying to brand themselves as a green business but the amount of paper wastage and lack of recycling within the offices is horrendous. Management also consistently leave lights on, don't fix broken heaters which are pumping out hot air in non used rooms, and leave their office fans on over the weekend. How can they brand themselves as green? They do not care for the environment at all- it is evident in all their behaviour.
