Collaborative and kind colleagues within junior-mid level positions

Cons

Senior Management are completely incapable of retaining high quality employees. They talk about company culture a whole lot… yet it’s one of the worst cultures I’ve ever worked in. Questionable HR/ethical practices at the senior level. There is no vision or mission. The company cares about $$$ and that is it. Your motivation will dwindle and your burnout will be real. Benefits, sick days and total compensation are much less than many other companies. Look elsewhere and thank me later.

Strong Team Collaboration I often appreciate our team work, and variety of Growth Opportunities Skyline provides opportunities for professional development and career advancement, with pathways for promotion. I love our Culture, we are known for its inclusive and supportive company culture, I love our work ethics and values, I feel respected and appreciated. I work from home so I truly enjoy a good work-life balance at Skyline, with flexible work arrangements and policies that promote well-being. We have had disagreements, yes! But managers do listen to us and Address conflicts promptly and constructively. Seek to understand all perspectives and work towards solutions that benefit the team and the company, we find balance. Managers provide clear guidance on tasks and projects, helping me understand my roles and responsibilities. Supportive managers prioritize growth by having development meetings, We receive constant constructive feedback to help us improve.

Cons

Due to the nature of the industry I do experience the pressure of meeting daily and monthly quotas, I have high expectations of my self and the team has them to, I must perform consistently at a high level, at times that is hard to keep up with. Everything varies from month to month. The benefits package offered might be perceived as less competitive in terms of healthcare, Vacation, or other perks.
