I love our Culture, we are known for its inclusive and supportive company culture, I love our work ethics and values, I feel respected and appreciated. I work from home so I truly enjoy a good work-life balance at Skyline, with flexible work arrangements and policies that promote well-being. We have had disagreements, yes! But managers do listen to us and Address conflicts promptly and constructively. Seek to understand all perspectives and work towards solutions that benefit the team and the company, we find balance. Managers provide clear guidance on tasks and projects, helping me understand my roles and responsibilities. Supportive managers prioritize growth by having development meetings, We receive constant constructive feedback to help us improve.

Due to the nature of the industry I do experience the pressure of meeting daily and monthly quotas, I have high expectations of my self and the team has them to, I must perform consistently at a high level, at times that is hard to keep up with.
