      Pros

      The people here are very genuine and honestly care about running the business like a family, I love the people I work with, and feel it's a great place to grow my skills and knowledge of leadership.

      Cons

      The team here is very sports-minded they move like a unit, it's pretty competitive, and definitely challenging-You have to push to continually grow and improve or you get passed up.

      Where do I start?! The CEO of this company is the BEST owner and business partner I have EVER worked for. He not only cares about his own success, but the success and potential of all his employees.

      Pros

      Before beginning the position, I was told that I needed to understand all the products and services and then within 2-3 weeks I would be able to go into the training role that I applied for. That is exactly what happened. The fact that they followed through with what they initial told me made me want to continue to grow with this company. So far Skyline has been a company I can build with and have that job that I am turning into a career.
