The people I get to work with are great. Working from home has been awesome. Tough times in the industry have challenged the company for sure but I believe the company is taking positive steps and I am not alone in wanting to see us grow again.

The industry being sensitive to interest rates makes things more challenging. Optimistic this year that starts to turn back into the industry and customers favor.
