Benefits program needs some improvement.

The pay is completely laughable. They pay you less than is legally required through loopholes. They expect you to work 6 days a week, and have mandatory saturday morning meetings. Management tries to make this place seem like a family which is incredibly toxic. We're not family, this is a job. No one buys into the family thing. A coworker was required to drive 2 hours one way for an in-person meeting with management 3 days after his son was born. If you want to pretend that there is a work family, you need to treat employees like you would your family.
