      -Lucked out with a decent group of guys at my location -Work load CAN be pretty manageable -Flexible schedule at my location

      Cons

      -Management above the FBO level couldn't care any less about you -Requests and recommendations to upper management are completely ignored, and they expect a small FBO to be run the exact same way as an FBO that sees a few hundred flights a day -Even though they want to run all FBOs the same way, pay is very different from location to location

      Some of the best people to work with at the lower levels, and local management.

      Cons

      This company is the prime example of extremely high risk and low reward. They take advantage of those looking to get started in the aviation industry. If you are looking for a 70's corporate mentality of corporate is always right and you don't matter then this is the place for you!
