      Pros

      -Great Co-Workers - Apprentices have little to no issue getting logbook filled - 5-5-4 Shift Schedule (Day shift on Heavy Maintenance) - Licensed Pay is Decent to start - Possibility to obtain much overtime for eager people - AOG trips allow you to travel

      Cons

      -A lot of fake promises - In a downward spiral loosing valuable employess e.g. licensed AMEs (Aprox 5licensed mechanics vs 20+ apprentices on a heavy maintenance check) -Company has become a revolving door in terms of long lasting employees -Rushed Environment -No Vacations till after year -No Flight Benifits - Low Apprentices Wage (Aprox $16.50) With low chance of increase as you come closer to your license.

      Previous owners/founders were experienced operators who genuinely cared about their customers and the employees that service them.

      New owner lacks integrity and leadership capabilities.

      Pros

      The company is small enough to take rapid decisions and change policies and procedures quickly. The very diversified activities allow for financial and employment stability.

      Cons

      Because there are so many different activities, there are many ways of doing a single thing and employees have to gain a large amount of corporate knowledge to operate effectively.
