-Great Co-Workers - Apprentices have little to no issue getting logbook filled - 5-5-4 Shift Schedule (Day shift on Heavy Maintenance) - Licensed Pay is Decent to start - Possibility to obtain much overtime for eager people - AOG trips allow you to travel
Cons
-A lot of fake promises - In a downward spiral loosing valuable employess e.g. licensed AMEs (Aprox 5licensed mechanics vs 20+ apprentices on a heavy maintenance check) -Company has become a revolving door in terms of long lasting employees -Rushed Environment -No Vacations till after year -No Flight Benifits - Low Apprentices Wage (Aprox $16.50) With low chance of increase as you come closer to your license.
