Unprofessional and Inflexible – A Disappointing Experience - Tech Services Engineer Skyways Technics Employee Review

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Skyways Technics, both as a potential employee and based on what I learned during the interview process. Cons: Zero flexibility when it comes to working hours. There’s a clear expectation of strict scheduling with no room for personal needs or balance. Long shifts are standard here, with expectations of extended hours without appropriate compensation or consideration. Below market salary despite the requirement to work beyond the typical 8-hour workday. The offer doesn’t reflect industry standards or respect for employees’ time. Most notably, I went through three rounds of interviews, investing time and effort into what I was led to believe was a serious hiring process. After all of this, I was never informed that the position was revoked. Even worse, Skyways Technics misled the recruitment agency (WHC) by claiming they would notify me, which never happened. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a concerning lack of respect for candidates. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this company, whether for employment or recruitment.
