If you're good at sales and like knocking 100 doors a day its fine

Cons

Management always blaming employees, no accountability, even though they couldn't hire anyone to save their life. Expect to work 60 to 80 hours a week if you want to be good. As you are "promoted" (no pay increase, just more responsibilities) you do more of the work of management. The position is a contract job. You get paid to make sales. If you dont do everything the bosses demand (including splitting your sales with new trainees, because, you know, there is no paid training) they will ice you out and treat you poorly, even if you're talented at sales. Its less of a sales position, more of a cult.
