Pros

There are no pros whatsoever besides people to talk too. Find A better Job. No pay rate only commission and they pay you the bare minimum for your training. Not even enough pay for you to even want to comeback. Owner doesn’t order WORK SUPPLIES needed to work. Just a complete waste of time even filling out an Application. Owner loves to hide mailed checks. I literally watched my check get delivered and she told me it wasn’t there.

Cons

This place has no type of pay OWNER would rather spend your hard earned money and on flights and Eating out with employees. Anyone who is a new hire you’re better off talking completely to your supervisor not Owner. Owner shows Favoritism towards other employees and Other Employees checks. Owner has no respect for health issues and or You. If you didn’t start with her team you’re irrelevant.

Pros

Friendly group of people, motivated and hardworking

Cons

Felt "tricked" into my position. Was completely unaware that this was a door to door sales job and they even make it a point to not use that phrase when interviewing you (hmm wonder why?). I was told I would learn lots about marketing and felt it was more of a marketing, office job. In fact, it was literally just a door to door sales position. Also, personally did not enjoy the hours. Got in around 10am and worked some nights until 8,9,10pm. I am personally more of an early bird person.

Pros

Very friendly staff, competitive, and fun environment, if you’re skilled in outside sales it’s a great company

Cons

Long, long, hours. Driving over thirty minutes one way sometimes without compensation for gas. All performance based so if you’re not selling you’re making $0. These types of jobs are truly up to you; if you know you’re going to be miserable knocking on doors all day and not performing well then DON’T DO IT. Save your time and energy.
